Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns
- Preparation and Review including multi-state returns.
- International Taxation, Tax Research, Transfer Pricing, and various Tax Treaties
- Foreign Compliance forms like Form 5471, Form 5472
- Tax Planning and estimates!

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2-7 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tax preparation software
- Certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred
