Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Formulate project plans that would ensure compliance to all RBI , NPCI and network guidelines.
- Work closely with various stakeholders from Business and Product to ensure these regulatory requirements are clearly understood and implemented..
- Keep abreast of all regulatory developments and provide guidance to leadership on its interpretation and implementation
- Help drive International compliance charter in terms of obtaining licences in current geographies and ensuring compliance post licences.
- Strong knowledge of NPCI, RBI standards and guidelines.
- Exposure to handling regulatory inspections and audits would be added advantage
- Filing new payment licence applications with Regulators across the globe

Skills & competencies:

- Applicants should have 10+ years of relevant experience,



with a strong background in compliance , regulatory issue validation, and auditing principles
- The role requires a deep understanding of laws, rules, specific regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholder
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive, with advanced analytical skills
- The position demands a high level of interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to communicating and managing issues
- In-depth experience in the Payments sector in India,
- Exposure to SEA compliance (would be an added advantage)
