What You'll Do:

- End-to-End Project Management:
- Take full responsibility for managing and successfully delivering multiple strategic projects, from planning through execution. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies. Coordinate project schedules and provide regular updates on project progress and risks.
- Project Scope, Time, and Cost Management:
- Monitor projects against objectives, budgets, and timelines. Identify and address deviations and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain clear and transparent communication with regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, offering support and guidance. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment to ensure project success.
- Project Quality Management:
- Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and client expectations. Conduct reviews and inspections as necessary.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Track and manage project expenses, optimize resources, and ensure effective allocation to meet objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and generate reports for stakeholders summarizing project progress, outcomes, and any risks.

What You'll Need:

- Experience:
- 8+ years in Project Management,



with expertise in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- 10+ years of total technology experience, ideally in a complex, technical environment.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery using methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience in managing projects in the insurance or financial services sector preferred.
- Certifications:
- CAPM, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
- Additional certifications like PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent a plus.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Jira).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, governance, and compliance.
- Ability to tailor communications and influence decisions with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage third-party system support, especially within insurance and financial services platforms.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and provide mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Additional Expertise:
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a bonus.
- Familiarity with annuities and life insurance products is an advantage.
