We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Data Engineering to lead our data engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the data engineering team to develop and maintain data architecture and pipelines.
- Design and implement scalable data solutions to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data products.
- Ensure data governance and data quality standards are met across all data engineering projects.
- Mentor and develop junior data engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.





Skills and Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
