We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product management, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive innovation in our product offerings.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our product offerings in the market.
- Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and launch cutting-edge products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on product development based on feedback and analytics.




- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

- 9-14 years of experience in product management or related field.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives to successful completion.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in market research and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
