- 7 to 8+ Years in application delivery.
- 4+ Years in delivering projects as a Scrum Master.
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Willing to extend, learn and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for the client stakeholders
- Experience in handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and drive the entire project deliverables
- Have direct coordination with client and project team
- Experience in handling project deliverables with defined SLAs through SDLC cycle
- Experience in handling Salesforce projects or other CRM applications
- Have experience in working with client project team which is totally remote and have both offshore/onsite

- Good in presentation skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel / PPT/ Word etc.,).
