- Assisting the US customers through answering Inbound calls or Via Live Chats.
- Should be capable of handlining international calls.
- Should be hands on Experience in handling multiple chats at the same time
- Must be versatile to work in rotational night shift.
Required Skills & Desired Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
- Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem , Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
