Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls: Handle calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert potential customers.
- Sales Conversion: Drive hardcore sales by promoting and selling our services to international clients.
- Client Engagement: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client follow-ups and agreement closures.
- Telemarketing Support: Make outbound calls through dialer/manual methods as required, ensuring a high conversion rate.





Job Details:

- Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
- Login Hours: 9.5 hours including breaks
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice sales experience is mandatory
- Transport: Both-side cab facility provided
- Incentives: Lucrative, performance-based incentive structure

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Education: Open to both graduates and undergraduates
- Sales Expertise: Robust sales acumen with proven negotiation and closing skills
