VAVE Coordination & Validation

- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and product testing teams to validate cost-optimized solutions for new and existing products under VAVE initiatives.
- Ensure reliability, functional integrity, and certification compliance after implementing VAVE changes.

Testing & Automation

- Perform hardware and software testing (black box/white box) for communication power products.
- Develop and maintain automated test programs to efficiently validate VAVE modifications.
- Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating current components or design changes.

Collaboration & Compliance

- Work with design, procurement, reliability,



and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance.
- Ensure all VAVE changes comply with UL, CE, and other international safety and certification standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis for failures during VAVE validation and provide corrective action recommendations.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

- Prepare detailed test reports, risk analysis, and recommendations for each VAVE implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
