Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

- Contribute to the design of TCS/SFN assemblies including manifolds, headers, valves, fittings, hoses, expansion tanks, strainers, and quick disconnects.
- Develop and maintain Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and parametric libraries for TCS/SFN components.
- Ensure designs comply with ASME and ASHRAE liquid cooling guidelines and internal standards.

Documentation & Technical Data Management

- Prepare and maintain BOMs, PFDs, PIDs, and technical documentation in PLM systems (Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill).
- Provide input from custom orders and ETO projects into NPDI modules for continuous improvement.

System Analysis & Calculations

- Perform system sizing and calculations, including pressure drop, flow balancing, NPSH margin,



and valve Cv selection.

Prototype & Testing Support

- Support prototype builds and validation testing, including pressure, leak, flow/thermal, cleanliness, and condensation/dew point checks.

Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with suppliers to review manufacturability, cost considerations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support layout/configurator tools and provide feedback to improve automation workflows.
