Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations while following best practices.
- Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other scripting languages to implement functionality and platform enhancements.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, Spokes, and middleware technologies.
- Data Management: Manage CMDB data, including imports, exports, and transformations.
- User Interface Enhancement: Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for an intuitive user experience.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
- Deployment and Support: Support deployment of ServiceNow solutions, workplace migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends; identify opportunities for process optimization.
