Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

- Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
- Ensure proper setup and operational readiness of HVAC systems.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to maintain optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve operational problems encountered by customers.

Customer Support & Communication:

- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide effective HVAC solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.





Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Proactively identify service delivery improvements and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to quality service.

Safety & Compliance:

- Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing in office activities.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all parties involved.

Travel Requirement:

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
