Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead a quick-paced, high-performing software team.
- Manage team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Foster a team culture focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Report project status, progress, and plans to management.

Software Design & Development:

- Lead design, development, debugging, and testing of full stack solutions.
- Own features from design to implementation.
- Ensure UI/UX follows human-centered design principles and branding standards.
- Participate in design and specification processes to ensure project feasibility.
- Develop prototypes to validate design ideas.
- Collaborate to define interfaces between software components.




- Develop reusable components to reduce maintenance costs.

Technical Oversight & Standards:

- Adhere to coding standards, source control procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks throughout development lifecycle.
- Provide technical recommendations to product management, architecture, and engineers.
- Ensure software security principles are applied in design and implementation.
- Maintain development records and tasks in Rally or similar project management tools.
