RESPONSIBLITES
- Should have 3-5 years experience in product support
- Technically knowledge on Linux, Docker, Cloud technology like AWS, Database like PGSQL.
- Preferred technical certification including Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA strongly preferred
- Linux Scripting Knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python any combination)
- Handle trouble tickets dealing with hardware and configuration issues
- Able to review, understand, and troubleshoot software/hardware related issues
- Capable to work under pressure and deadlines
- Should be a quick learner
- Positive Written and Verbal Communication skill
