Requirements

- IT System Management: Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, databases, and networking equipment.
- System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, resolve issues,and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Security: Implement firewalls, antivirus programs, encryption, security patches, and maintain network security measures.
- Backup& Recovery: Manage backups and disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
- Collaboration& Documentation: Work with IT teams for software and hardware deployment,and document system configurations.
- Server& Network Management: Set up and manage email, file, and web servers;manage user accounts and permissions.
- System Upgrades: Upgrade and migrate systems for secure and stable operations.
- Desktop Management:



Manage and maintain 50+ desktops, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelordegree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience with MS Exchange, Office 365, WindowsServers & Desktop; LAN/WAN administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of OS (Windows Server, Linux, macOS),networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independentlyin a rapid-paced environment.
