Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Demantra configurations, workflows, and integration points.
- Customize Demantra worksheets, workflows, series expressions, and levels.
- Integrate Demantra with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., ASCP, INV, PO).
- Work with end users to provide functional and technical support, resolve issues, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality planning results.
- Develop and maintain Demantra Engine profiles, EP_LOAD processes, and simulation scenarios.
- Document technical and functional specifications, SOPs, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain,



Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Demantra implementations and support.
- Proficient in Demantra Demand Management, S&OP;, and integration with Oracle EBS (11i or R12).
- Solid knowledge of Demantra data model, workflows, and Analytical Engine.
- Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle DB, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle ODI, BPEL, or custom scripts).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Oracle ASCP, Fusion SCM, or other advanced planning systems.
- Experience with custom Demantra add-ons or external data integrations (e.g., Excel macros, BI tools).
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, forecast modeling, and statistical algorithms.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Demantra Implementation Specialist).
