Requirements
Key Skills Required:

- Technical Recruiting Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various IT roles (software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, etc.) and technical skills.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Client Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with US clients, particularly in the public sector domain.
- ATS Experience: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like JobDiva, Bullhorn, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
