Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, F1, H1B, and STEM extension candidates through universities, job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust database of OPT candidates and track follow-ups.
- Post advertisements on university sites, job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.), and social platforms.
- Facilitate H1B transfers and project transfers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding of consultants.
- Negotiate compensation packages, pay rates (C2C, W2, 1099), and relocation benefits.
- Stay updated on hot IT skills and industry hiring trends.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for employment eligibility.




- Work closely with sales teams and account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting and US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of visa regulations (OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM extensions, EADs, etc.).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Familiarity with US hiring tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
