The SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead – Record to Report (R2R) will be responsible for leading and optimizing finance and accounting processes within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, focusing on general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. The position involves collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Business Collaboration:
- Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Functional Expertise:
- Provide deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
- Cross-Functional Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of R2R processes with other SAP S/4HANA modules such as Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Leadership & Mentoring:




- Lead and mentor SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process optimization and innovation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Testing & Change Management:
- Support testing, training, and change management activities for new implementations and system enhancements.
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA R2R-related issues to maintain system stability and ensure business continuity.
- Innovation & Best Practices:
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA updates and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP functional roles with a focus on SAP S/4HANA R2R processes.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
- Robust understanding of SAP integration points across key modules (OTC, P2P, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA or FI/CO preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud is a plus.
