Job Description
- Strategic Business Partnering -
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives, growth priorities, and operational goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business unit, including its organizational structure, financial performance, market dynamics, and talent requirements, to deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Anticipate and identify workforce-related risks and opportunities, providing data-backed recommendations to support informed leadership decisions.
- Partner with business leaders during planning cycles to assess workforce requirements, capability gaps, succession needs, and organizational readiness.
- Facilitate and drive strategic discussions around workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
- Employee Experience & Engagement -
- Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing work environment by maintaining a visible, approachable, and proactive HR presence.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning, ensuring insights are translated into sustainable improvements.
- Manage employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases with professionalism, fairness, empathy, and compliance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on a broad range of people-related matters, including career development, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels by serving as a credible and dependable people partner.
- People Analytics & HR Insights -
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key workforce metrics, including attrition, engagement, headcount, absenteeism,
and talent pipeline health, to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and present HR dashboards, reports, and executive reviews that support data-driven workforce and talent decisions.
- Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, predict potential talent risks, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Support Center of Excellence (COE) reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of people data within HR systems and analytics platforms.
- HR Operations & Compliance -
- Oversee the seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal mobility, and separation, in collaboration with HR Operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and governance standards across all HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR COEs and Operations teams to effectively implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives and programs within the business unit.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance within HR systems and employee records.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria -
- Yrs of exp- 4-6 yrs
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in IT Services/ Tech Consulting industry
- MUST be based out of Indore
