Job Position: Service Now ITOM Architect
Job Type: Permanent

Location: Greater Noida/Pune/Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ to 12+ Years (Shift Timing: 6 AM – Australia Shift)

Must Have Strong working expertise on – ITOM, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now ITOM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:

o Discovery

o Service Mapping

o Event Management

- Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
- Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Dynatrace, Splunk, App Dynamics).
- Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
- Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).
- Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor developers and guide the team on Service Now best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of IT experience,



with 5+ years in Service Now ITOM.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:

o Service Now Discovery

o Service Mapping

o Event Management

- Deep understanding of:

o CMDB architecture & data modeling

o Identification & reconciliation rules

- Experience with MID Server setup and management.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
- Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.
- Hands-on scripting experience in Java Script, Glide APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Service Now Certifications:

o CSA (Certified System Administrator)

o CIS-ITOM

o Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM modules)

- Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / Event Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops and monitoring tools integration.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
