- 2+ years of experience in RPA development
- Hands-on experience with Service Now RPA Hub & SN Desktop Design Studio
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows
- Familiarity with Service Now Flow Designer
- Solid knowledge of Service Now platform and scripting (Java Script)
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
