Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and research capabilities. The role involves working with large datasets, generating insights, supporting reporting needs, and collaborating with client teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate meaningful insights

- Perform data research, synthesis, and triangulation from multiple sources

- Develop independent analytical perspectives based on data findings

Requirement Understanding & Solutioning

- Understand and translate complex client requirements into structured technical solutions

- Collaborate with client teams to ensure accurate requirement mapping and delivery

Reporting & Visualization

- Work on Power BI concepts for reporting and dashboard creation

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders

Tools & Technical Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, formulas, templates, data manipulation)

- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations





- Hands-on experience with Smartsheets, SharePoint, Trello, or similar tools (trainable)

Communication & Collaboration

- Robust written communication skills for client interaction and reporting

- Work closely with cross-functional and client teams for requirement delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)

- Basic understanding of Power BI concepts and reporting

- Ability to conduct web research and synthesize information effectively

- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

- Experience in business research or data analysis roles

- Exposure to project management or collaboration tools (Smartsheets, Trello, SharePoint)

- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments
