It sits on the client's website under their own brand, answers guest questions in their voice, recommends products, captures event leads, and completes real purchases and membership signups inside the chat.This is not a prototype looking for its first customer. RedConcierge runs live today at paying wineries in Napa Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and the Willamette Valley. Across three deployments in the first eight months of 2026: 55,000+ chat sessions, 11,600+ engaged guest conversations, and 200+ hours of guest conversation handled.
