You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, optimizing inventory, and developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers. • Lead and manage all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives. • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and team, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising,



and store presentation to create an inspiring and well-organized showroom. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns promptly.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or luxury goods sectors. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage profit and loss effectively. • Proficiency in retail management software and general office applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment. • A genuine passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations. • Fluency in English , Hindi and Tamil; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
