About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and build a database of target companies across Lucknow and nearby districts using online portals, trade directories, industry associations, and on-ground research.
2. Reach out to prospects through cold calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits to offices and business sites.
3. Qualify each prospect against defined criteria before scheduling.
4. Schedule product demonstrations between qualified leads and the Demo Team, and coordinate the calendar end-to-end.
5. Attend every demonstration alongside the team to take notes, learn the pitch, and progressively take ownership of the conversation.
6. Own all post-demo follow-up until the prospect converts or formally declines.
7. Maintain a daily activity tracker covering calls made, offices visited, meetings scheduled, demos completed, and follow-ups pending.
8. Report field-level feedback on pricing, objections, and feature requests to the founder and product team.

Incentives: For every account you bring in that converts to a paying customer, you earn one-third of that account's first month's licence payment as a one-time incentive. There is no cap on the number of accounts you can convert.

Other requirements

1. Prior field sales, telesales, or B2B outreach experience preferred.

2. Candidates with exposure to field-level sales will be given robust preference.

3. Graduates from any stream — a technical or MBA degree is not required.

4. We are hiring for attitude and persistence over pedigree.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 22,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 6,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
