We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of the right talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions.

- Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels .

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker .

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment terms with selected candidates.

- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities .





- Handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment whenever required.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare regular reports on open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, and closures .

- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth joining process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pool for current and future requirements.

- Support employee engagement and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes .

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and hiring targets simultaneously.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS .

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
