Position Description
Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
. Develop and maintain Azure Bot Services using Bot Framework SDK and Node.js.
. Build conversational AI solutions integrating Microsoft Teams and Azure AI services.
. Develop REST APIs and integrate enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services.
. Participate in application transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
. Provide L3 production support, incident analysis, root cause investigation, and problem resolution.
. Troubleshoot production issues related to Power Platform applications, Azure Bots, and integrations.
. Develop reusable components, automation scripts, and operational runbooks to improve service efficiency.
. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to understand functional and technical requirements.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
. Support deployment activities through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
. Ensure compliance with KLM governance, security standards, architecture reviews, and change management processes.
. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing operational effort.
. Prepare technical documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge articles for operational support.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role

. 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft application development and enterprise application support.
. Strong hands on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
.



Experience developing enterprise chatbots using Azure Bot Services and Bot Framework SDK.
. Strong development experience in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
. Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and enterprise APIs.
. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
. Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
. Experience in enterprise production support, incident management, and operational troubleshooting.
. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience working in ITIL based Managed Services environments is preferred.
. Exposure to aviation, transportation, or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
