Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role requires having previous construction contracting experience.This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. The Project Manager coordinates with engineering, site supervision, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to technical specifications.Daily activities include tracking project progress, addressing on-site issues, reviewing reports and documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, optimization of project workflows, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.QualificationsProject handling of construction projects and Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communicationClient management,



smart decision making for cost optimisation.Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesInspection and quality oversight skills to verify work against drawings, standards, and safety requirementsLogistics Management capabilities to handle material movement, vendor coordination, and site supply planningBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectorsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and documentationAbility to lead diverse teams on site, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial
