Job Overview

n

Atos is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join its AI & Analytics practice. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

n

The role involves hands-on configuration, development, integration, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow platform capabilities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- n
- Work primarily across ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB and GRCn
- Participate in functional design workshops and prepare technical/design specificationsn
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutionsn
- Perform ServiceNow configuration, development, testing and implementationn
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams for client presentations and technical discussionsn
- Develop integrations using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, Email and MID Servern
- Prepare technical and customer-facing documentationn
- Work with ITSM processes, metrics and KPIs to deliver effective business solutionsn

Required Skills

- Hands-on ServiceNow development/configuration and implementationn




- Approximately 18–36 months of ServiceNow experience OR 3+ years with similar ITSM toolsn
- Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processesn
- Hands-on knowledge of:n
- HTMLn
- CSSn
- XMLn
- JavaScript / AJAXn
- Web Services / SOAPn
- Email integrationsn
- MID Servern
- ServiceNow Pluginsn
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and related technical componentsn
- Strong documentation and customer communication skillsn

Preferred ServiceNow Modules

Experience in 2 or more of the following is preferred:

Education

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
