Preferred candidate profile
- Credentials: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA from a Tier-1 institution; additional CFA or CPA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 17+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 35 years as a senior finance leader or CFO in a high-growth PE/VC-backed tech/consumer startup.
- Mindset: High comfort with ambiguity, robust cross-functional communication, and absolute integrity under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
