Roles and Responsibilities :

Key Purpose of the Role

The Head of IT Infrastructure & Security will:

- Lead the enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, workplace technology, and IT operations.
- Drive digital transformation, cloud modernization, automation, and AI adoption.
- Ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
- Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals.

Core Areas of Responsibility

1. Technology & Infrastructure Leadership

- Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy.
- Modernize infrastructure and establish technology standards.
- Provide technology recommendations to senior management.

2. Infrastructure & Operations

- Own end-to-end IT infrastructure operations.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

3. Cloud Transformation

- Lead cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Establish cloud governance, security, and FinOps practices.
- Optimize cloud costs and performance.

4. Cybersecurity Leadership

- Strengthen enterprise security posture.
- Oversee SIEM/SOC, IAM, PAM, DLP, EDR/XDR, Microsoft Security, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Manage incident response, vulnerability management, and security governance.

5. AI & Innovation





- Champion adoption of Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI platforms.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and drive implementation.
- Promote AI governance, productivity enhancement, and automation.

6. IT Service Management

- Establish ITIL-based service delivery processes.
- Improve user experience, service quality, and operational KPIs.
- Implement self-service and AI-enabled support models.

7. Governance, Risk & Resilience

- Own IT governance, compliance, audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Define risk frameworks and ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards.

8. Vendor & Budget Management

- Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, and procurement.
- Control infrastructure and security budgets while driving cost optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience across IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Operations leadership.
- Solid expertise in AWS/Azure, cybersecurity frameworks, ITSM, identity management, and enterprise technology transformation.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise environments and strategic vendor relationships.
- Exposure to Generative AI and enterprise AI adoption programs is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure are advantageous.
