Job Role- Client Relationship Officer- International Business Development.

Job Overview:

Proxiio is looking for a proactive and self driven Business Development personnel to join the Sales team in Gurugram Office. In this role, you will support sales activities majorily in the USA territory, working closely with the USA sales team to achieve the organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, assisting customer acquisition, and ensuring USA Sales team is updated about new client information.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Market Research & Lead Generation: Building potential client pipeline by using variety of tools like ZoomInfo, Gmail Pattern Creation, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Legal research websites such as Lexis Nexis, WestLaw and similar methods.

- Customer Reach out & Client Relationships: Daily targeted/ cold callings and emails to the prospective leads to expand the US client database. Build initial relationships with US law firms, corporate legal departments, and other potential clients.

- Sales Support: Sharing comprehensive client information, knowledge, and research with the US sales team for converting leads into clients.



Coordinating internally with Operations and other team members for expediting sales information.

- Teamwork: To expedite the Business Development activity, it is important to work closely with the US Sales team, keep them informed about new lead generations, share the information on a real -time basis, and provide support as per their requirements.

- Marketing Collateral: Share the marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and digital content with the potential current clients.

Qualifications:

- Full-time Bachelor's Degree from a reputed college.
- 3-6 years of experience in International calling, business development, lead generation, preferably within the legal services or outsourcing industry.

- Excellent communication skills, Client handling, voice modulation/ accent, and presentation skills.

- Proficient in working on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Open to work in the USA- night Shift.

- Proficiency in working on digital tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Familiarity with the legal industry and the unique needs of law firms and corporate legal departments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
