Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct business valuations for companies across various industries using DCF models, comparable company analysis, and other relevant methods.
- Analyze financial statements to determine the value of a business based on its underlying assets, liabilities, and cash flows.
- Develop comprehensive reports detailing findings and conclusions from valuation analyses.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in company valuation or related field (e.g., investment banking).
- Solid understanding of DCF valuation techniques and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in PPA (Price-to-Earnings Multiple) calculations and OPM (Operating Profit Multiples) analysis.
