Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Senior BDE / Assistant Business Development Manager with solid exposure to FinTech and Banking Technology sales.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling CBS / LOS / LMS / BRE solutions to Co-operative Credit Societies and Co-operative Banks, specifically in the Karnataka / South Karnataka region.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and sales across the South Karnataka region.
- Identify and acquire new customers among Co-operative Banks and Co-operative Credit Societies.
- Sell CBS, LOS, LMS and BRE solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank CEOs, Directors, Management, IT Heads and other key decision-makers.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal product/technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and sales presentations.




- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Develop existing accounts and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Travel extensively across South Karnataka for client meetings and business development.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–8 years of total sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling CBS / LOS / LMS / BRE solutions.
- Experience selling to Co-operative Banks / Co-operative Credit Societies.
- Strong Karnataka / South Karnataka market exposure.
- Should have achieved 1–2 Crore of sales in each of the last two years in the South Karnataka region.
- Strong B2B / institutional / enterprise sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with banking-sector decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
