Eligibility Criteria

- A Masters Degree in Structural Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in design related to construction projects for railways, metro systems, or any Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the Ministry of Railways, RVNL, RITES, IRCON, DFCCIL, Multi-Modal Transport Hubs, Regional Rapid Transit Systems (RRTS), High-Speed Rail (HSR), or monorail. OR
- A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design related to construction projects for railways, RVNL, RITES, IRCON, DFCCIL, Multi-Modal Transport Hubs, RRTS, HSR, or monorail. OR
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in design related to construction projects for railways, metro systems, or any SPV under the Ministry of Railways, RVNL, RITES, IRCON, DFCCIL, Multi-Modal Transport Hubs, RRTS, HSR, or monorail. OR




- A retired Engineer from Railways or a PSU with at least 7 years of experience in either the gazetted cadre of the Engineering Department in the design of civil structures for Railways, and/or as Manager or higher in the Civil Engineering Department in the field of design related to construction industries in RITES, IRCON, or RVNL. Additionally, the individual must have at least 4 out of the 7 years of experience in design related to railways or highways. Equivalent grades in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any JVs or SPVs with the Ministry of Railways or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or in combination, in the field of design related to the construction industry.
