About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Zonal Facilitator (ZF) to coordinate, monitor, and support day-to-day activities across the assigned zone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to work with field teams and internal stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor field-level progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide regular guidance, training, and support to field teams.
- Identify operational challenges and assist teams in resolving issues effectively.
- Prepare, maintain, and share regular reports related to zone activities and performance.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.




- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and provide on-ground support.
- Track team performance and ensure adherence to operational processes and timelines.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned team or management in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of assigned zone activities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good reporting and documentation abilities.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with field teams.
- Willingness to travel for field visits as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with experience in field operations, coordination, team handling, project execution, or stakeholder management will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits.
