Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's accounting and finance function and lead a team of accounts professionals.Candidates with B.Com (Hons.) from a regular college and a strong academic record, or CA dropouts with a strong academic background, will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com (Hons.) Regular from a reputed college/university with a strong academic record OR
- Semi qualified CA with completion of articleship/ Chartered accountant with a strong academic background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the company's complete accounting and finance operations
- Lead, supervise and manage the Accounts team, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance




- Ensure timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities and monthly closing
- Prepare and review MIS, financial statements and management reports
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
- Monitor team deliverables, deadlines and accuracy of work

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Team handling and people management skills

Ideal Candidate

- Strong academic background
- B.Com (Hons.) Regular
- Semi qualified CA with completion of articleship/ Chartered accountant
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience managing a team of Accounts professionals
- Experience handling complete accounting and statutory compliance
- Strong command of Tally Prime and Excel
