Account Manager UAE & International Recruitment
Location: New Delhi | WFO | 5 Days | 9 AM6 PM
We’re looking for a result-driven Account Manager to manage client acquisition, account management, and recruitment delivery across UAE & international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard current UAE & international clients.
- Manage client relationships and hiring requirements.
- Drive end-to-end UAE recruitment and international hiring.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, networking & referrals.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely candidate delivery.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, closures & account growth.
- Achieve business and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate: 3+ years in Recruitment Sales / Client Acquisition / Account Management, with UAE/GCC or international recruitment experience preferred.
