- Daily revenue per store, split into average bill value and bill count
- Store contribution margin
- Store staff: hiring, rostering, training, discipline, exits
- Stock accuracy, shrinkage, expiry and replenishment
- Planogram and in-store execution across all sites
- New store openings and getting them to run-rate rapid
What we're looking for
- 4 to 6 years in retail operations
- Has run at least one high-volume store end to end, with a revenue number on their head
- Background in QSR, convenience, cinema concessions, or airport and travel retail
- Has hired, trained and exited frontline staff personally
- Comfortable on the floor, on a bike, across 10 sites in a week
- Knows their own last ABV and daily bill count without looking them up
