Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Workday technical solutions based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to work closely with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities -

- Design, develop, configure, and support Workday technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external applications.
- Work on Workday Integration Cloud, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, reporting, and technical issues.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and production support.
- Work closely with Workday functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Participate in enhancement, migration, and implementation projects.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation.




- Monitor integrations and ensure successful data flow between Workday and third-party systems.
- Support deployment and post-production activities.

Required Skills & Experience -

- 7+ years of experience in Workday technical development/consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Technical Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting.
- Experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Hands-on experience with Core Connectors and Workday integration technologies.
- Experience in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs and web services.
- Experience in integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a UK shift environment.

Laptop is mandatory for the interview. Both Virtual and Face-to-Face interview rounds are mandatory.
