An investment banking and debt syndication firm is hiring an SVP for a front-end, revenue-driving leadership role with full ownership of originating, building and scaling the debt syndication franchise.

Key responsibilities:
- Recent client acquisition across large corporates, mid-market and institutional clients
- Originate and execute mandates across debt syndication, structured finance, project finance, acquisition financing and special situations
- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, AIFs, credit funds and institutional lenders
- Own annual revenue targets, pipeline strength and conversion
- Lead deal structuring, negotiation and closure end to end

Core skills: deep understanding of debt markets and credit structuring; ECB, structured products and mezzanine financing; strong origination and networking; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.

Backgrounds considered: investment banks, banks / NBFCs, Big 4 transaction advisory. A proven track record closing large-ticket debt transactions is essential. MBA (Finance) preferred; CA / CFA a strong advantage.
