Location:- Okhla Phase 1
- Experience in both B2C and B2B operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C business models.
- Manage end-to-end order, fulfillment, logistics, and returns.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, finance, and logistics teams.
- Develop and improve SOPs and operational processes.
- Track KPIs, costs, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
- Manage vendors, logistics partners, and B2B clients.
- Solid team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to scale and streamline business operations.
