- 6-10 years total IT experience with strong hands-on PROS Smart CPQ / PROS Pricing / PROS Guidance implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of CPQ concepts product configuration, pricing engines, quoting workflows, guided selling, and deal optimization.
- Experience integrating PROS with CRM/ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and integration middleware.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML/JSON, and SQL for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solid requirement-gathering, solution-design, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
