Required Skills & Experience

1. 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 6 years in Java enterprise application development.
2. Strong experience in Core Java, OOPS, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
3. Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
4. Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Collections, Concurrency, and Multithreading.
5. Experience in building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
6. Working experience in system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
7. Valuable understanding of SQL and strong problem-solving skills.
8. Exposure to Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or other asynchronous communication tools.
9. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
10. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
11. Knowledge of Redis, JWT/Auth, caching frameworks, and application monitoring.
12. Experience with enterprise servers like Tomcat and JBoss is an advantage.
13. Banking domain experience preferred.
14. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor is a plus.
