Responsible for end to end management of the employee lifecycle through Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and defined manual HR processes as reqd. The role requires solid process orientation, cross location coordination, system expertise, and compliance focus
Required Candidate profile
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a multi location or corporate setup
• Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is mandatory
