Role & responsibilities

- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer concerns and queries.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers through calls and chats.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality, and overall customer experience.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, difficult interactions, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Demonstrate strong active listening, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Maintain professional etiquette, patience, and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
- Be flexible to work rotational shifts, including rotational weekly offs.
- Participate actively in training programs, coaching sessions, and regular performance evaluations.
- Continuously develop product and process knowledge to improve customer handling and service delivery.




- Contribute to achieving team targets while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply for relevant processes.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Prior experience in International BPO / Customer Service / Voice / Chat / Blended Process will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling international customers.
- Good listening, comprehension, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Good typing skills for chat/non-voice profiles.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Willingness to work in a 247 environment, including night shifts, wherever applicable.
- Candidates who can work effectively in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office in Gurugram or Noida.
