Role & responsibilities

- Drive business development initiatives across the Transport Infrastructure sector by

identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities with Central Government, State

Governments, PSUs, Multilateral Agencies and Development Partners.

- Track national and global developments, policies, funding programs, infrastructure

investments and market trends across Railways, Metro, Highways, Roads, Bridges,

Logistics and Urban Mobility.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, government departments,

infrastructure agencies, funding institutions and strategic partners.

- Lead the preparation of high-quality EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, technical presentations and

client pitches in collaboration with technical teams.

- Work closely with Sector Heads and technical teams to develop market entry

strategies, key account plans and business growth initiatives.

- Develop thought leadership through white papers, technical publications, knowledge

notes, market intelligence reports and industry presentations, positioning the

organization as a leading consulting firm in the Transport Infrastructure sector. Shall

be active on social media platforms like LinkedIn.

- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, client meetings and





networking platforms to enhance market visibility.

- Support the development of strategic partnerships, consortiums and collaborations

for large infrastructure consulting assignments.

- Promote innovation, knowledge management and continuous improvement within

the Transport Infrastructure practice.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, advisory or management

consulting within the Transport Infrastructure sector.

• Strong understanding of the transport infrastructure ecosystem, including Railways,

Metro, Highways, Roads, Bridges, Airports, Logistics and Urban Mobility.

• Demonstrated experience in opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal

management and strategic consulting for infrastructure projects.

• Well-versed with Government programmes, infrastructure investment initiatives, PPP

frameworks and multilateral-funded transport projects.

• Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management and networking

skills.

• Dynamic, proactive and market-oriented professional with strong strategic thinking

and technical appreciation of the Transport Infrastructure sector.
