Role & responsibilities- Responsible for identifying and acquiring new OEM, private-label and contract manufacturing clients for medical and orthopaedic products. The role involves lead generation through email, cold calling, LinkedIn and online research, presenting the company and its manufacturing capabilities, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations and proposals, managing follow-ups, converting leads into orders and maintaining solid client relationships. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and achieve business development and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, OEM/contract manufacturing, medical devices, orthopaedic products or healthcare. Strong communication, client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Should be able to professionally represent the company and its capabilities to prospective clients, prepare client presentations, sales reports and proposals and confidently handle email outreach, cold calling and online prospecting. Candidates with experience in OEM/private-label sales will be preferred.
