We are looking for a Research Chemist with a strong background in materials chemistry, inorganic/bio-inorganic chemistry, or process chemistry to support our R&D; initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on laboratory and literature research experience along with proficiency in chemical database tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and experimentation in materials synthesis, inorganic/bio-inorganic systems, or process chemistry development
- Perform literature and patent searches using Reaxys and related chemical databases
- Analyze reaction data, characterize compounds, and document findings for internal reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D; and process teams to support project goals
- Stay current with emerging trends and publications in relevant chemistry domains

Required Qualifications:

- PhD in Materials Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Bio-inorganic Chemistry, or Process Chemistry
- Minimum 2+ years of post-PhD, currently active qualified experience in the relevant field
- Demonstrated proficiency with Reaxys (mandatory) for chemical literature/reaction searches
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and technical documentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
